A: Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Ben’s. Your points will be automatically converted to Ben’s Bonus Bucks. Save Your Ben’s Bonus Bucks as a discount on your next purchase — dine in, takeout or catering — or save them for a special purchase! It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. However, if you registered your Gift Card and us promptly if it is lost or stolen, we will deactivate the card, investigate and try to recover the card if someone attempts to use it or return it. All you have to do is present your card to the cashier. Let them know that you want to earn points on your visit. It is as simple as that! You will have to register your card to redeem rewards. Q: Do you have an easy way to send multiple Gift Cards to a list of recipients? A: Please compile a list of the names and addresses (if we will be mailing the cards for you) of the individuals you would like to send Gift Cards to including the amount for each Gift Card. Send us an with your list and your contact information including phone number. We will contact you for payment by credit card and make the necessary arrangement to ship the cards directly to you for distribution, or mail them directly to your recipient list. Q: Can we use Ben’s Gift Cards as a fund raiser for our non-profit group or organization? A: Yes. Gift Cards are available in $25 and $50 denominations. Please us with the name of your organization, the contact information for the individual running the fund raiser and the number of Gift Cards that you would like to sell. We will contact you with further information, arrange for payment and make the necessary arrangements to get the cards to you. BEN'S PREFERRED PATRONS CLUB QUESTIONS Q: When I go to register my Preferred Patrons Club Card, I get a “card not active” message. A: The cashier did not properly activate your card at the cash register. Please your card number to us and we will activate the card for you. We will email you when this is complete, so that you may then register to redeem your rewards. Q: How do I check my Preferred Patrons Club Card balance? A: Read our Preferred Patrons Club terms & conditions here. Q: I have Preferred Patrons Club Card and just received a Gift Card. Now I have multiple cards. What do I do? A: Log on to your account with your user name and password (you must be registered to do this). Select “Manage Accounts.” Click on “Attach Another Card” and follow the instructions. You will need the user name and password for the card you wish to attach (all cards must be separately registered). When you attach cards, each card maintains its own identity, point totals and rewards. But, you may view all attached cards at the same time by logging in to any one of the card accounts. Transaction histories remain distinct. Once cards are attached, they may then be combined. Combining cards consolidates all points and rewards on to one card and removes them from the other card. Transaction histories are combined. All combined cards add and subtract points and/or awards from the same card. Q: I had a coupon on my Preferred Patrons Club Card, but when I went to use it, it was gone. What happened? A: Preferred Patrons sometimes receive coupons from Ben’s on their cards. Unlike Ben’s Bonus Bucks which never expire as long as the card has activity each year, coupons do expire (just like paper coupons). Expired coupons are automatically removed from your card. If you have signed up to receive emails from Ben’s as part of the Preferred Patrons Club program, you will get an email notification at the beginning of any month when you have a coupon that will expire at the end of that month. Q: How do I sign up to receive emails from Ben’s? A: On the Ben’s Friends section of our website, click on the link to manage your account (your card must be registered to do this) and log in with your username and password. Select “Edit Account Information" in the purple bar. Make sure that you have checked the election to receive emails from Ben’s: "Please inform me about special offers." Also, please make sure your spam filter allows emails from our accounts. Q: I have coupons and Ben’s Bonus Bucks on my card, but I cannot redeem them. A: You must register your card to redeem rewards. Q: Can I still get points or redeem rewards if I forget my card? A: If you forget your card when you visit Ben’s you can still accrue points, but for security reasons you cannot redeem rewards. To receive points for a purchase when you do not have your card, please ask the cashier to do an account look-up. You may be asked for ID to verify your name and address. Points for that purchase will be added to your card. However, for security reasons, you must physically present your card to redeem all rewards including Ben’s Bonus Bucks, Birthday Bucks and On-Card Coupon rewards. Ben’s employees are NOT permitted to redeem rewards for guests who do not present their cards. This procedure is for the benefit and protection of all card holders. Q: How do I register my card? A: You may register online for free. You may also get a paper registration form at any participating Ben’s Restaurant location. Paper registration costs $5, but upon registration you will receive $5 in Ben’s Bonus Bucks on your card. Q: What happens if I lose my Preferred Patrons Club card? A: Simply register your card, enter your birth date and be sure to check the option to allow Ben’s to send you email offers. Then, on the first day of your birthday month, as long as you have spent at least $25 at Ben's over the 9 months leading up to your birthday, a birthday gift will be automatically loaded onto your Ben’s Preferred Patrons Club card. You must use your gift at Ben’s anytime during your birthday month… but be sure to visit, because at the end of your birthday month your gift expires and will come off of your card. Happy Birthday! An email will be sent to the email address that you used to set up your account. The email will have both your user name and a new temporary password. Please note that your password will be a mix of letters, some capitals some not, and numbers. Copy it carefully as you will need to use it twice; first to log in and then to change your password.
